SHIPPING POLICY

Efficient and safe delivery options for all your truck parts.

At **Truckline Parts**, we strive to process and deliver your orders quickly, efficiently, and safely. Please review our shipping policy below for small packages, LTL (Less Than Truckload), and local deliveries.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

**Processing Time:** Orders are processed within **1–3 business days** after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Normally, our handling time is **1 business day**, and we will try to ship out (or deliver to the carrier) all orders on the same day. Please kindly contact us if you find your order has not been shipped out within 24 hours; we will provide the best solution for you.

SMALL PACKAGE SHIPMENTS

Carriers and Tracking:

We ship via trusted carriers such as **UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL**, depending on the destination, package size, and weight. We will provide a tracking number on our website, and feel free to track the package yourself.

Delivery Times and Delays:

Estimated delivery is **2–7 business days** depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Truckline Parts will not be able to control the shipping time after drop-off to the carrier. All the shipping time depends on the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or external factors (weather, natural disasters, etc.).

LTL (LESS THAN TRUCKLOAD) SHIPMENTS

Some items are too large or heavy to ship via standard parcel services and must be shipped via **LTL freight**. Most of the large products that exceed 96 inches in length will be charged an **extra extra-large fee**.

Please leave a valid **delivery address, phone number, and email** when you place the order. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you want to leave special notes for your delivery address.

Accessorial Services:

Standard LTL shipments are **business delivery with dock only**. Residential address, limited access (e.g., schools, churches, construction sites), inside delivery, liftgate service, or appointment scheduling may be available for an **additional fee**. Check with customer service about the price for extra service.

SHIPPING RATES

Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and shipping destination. All rates will be provided by the shipping carrier.

Using Your Own Carrier:

Feel free to send your own carrier, but **Truckline Parts will not be responsible for any damage/loss that happens during shipping** once the package leaves our facility. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders – contact a sales representative for more details.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTION

Handling Damaged Shipments:

Please **inspect your shipment for visible damage before opening**. Check the status of the package and products immediately. If you notice damage, **note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately**. You don’t need to worry about damage or a refund; we will take care of this. Just make sure to provide enough **pictures or videos** for us. We appreciate your help.

Handling Missing Packages:

If you find a missing package that shows as delivered:

  • Check the shipping address in your order first.
  • Check any notice of delivery attempt at your door.
  • Check around the delivery location and ask your household members.

CHANGING ADDRESS / CANCELLATION & RETURNS

Address Changes and Liability:

Please contact us **ASAP** once you find the wrong address left for your purchase order. We will help as much as we can, but Truckline Parts will not guarantee the success. And we will not pay for the extra shipping/ return shipping fee due to the wrong address provided by the customer.

Cancellations and Return Shipping:

All orders **can’t be canceled** after the package is handed to the shipping carrier.

We accept returns based on the item being unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
