Our warehouse is 945 Sivert Dr, Wood Dale, IL 60191. We have both drive-in and dock entrance for loading. Our staff will inform you of your exact entrance once the order is ready for pickup. Feel free to leave a message about what size of the vehicle you have for pickup.

Our business hour is 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday and 8:30am-1:00pm on Saturday. Feel free to ring the bell or call your salesman to let us know you are here.

Most orders will be ready for Curbside Pickup within an hour of placing the order. Once your order is ready to be picked up, you will be notified via email.

Yes. When checking out online, you have the option to let us know that someone other than yourself will be picking up your order. Please make sure that the individual picking up your order brings identification and original form of payment.

Yes. If you need to cancel your order, please call your salesman or online customer service.

There is no extra cost for Curbside Pickup.

Your card will be authorized when you submit your online order, but the charge will not become final until time of pickup.

All prices are shown on our website. If you are interested in wholesale pricing or more volume operation, please reach out to our online customer service.

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. We use trusted carriers for LTL, FTL, and small packages. After handling to the carrier, Truckline will not be able to control the delivery time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, except for mistakes made by Truckline. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We provide a one-year warranty for all of our products. We provide free returns and refunds for damaged or defective products. Please provide pictures and videos to show us the product and the defective part. We appreciate your cooperation.
